Why we made Apex
Most oversized frames are all size and no craft — thick plastic, loose hinges, lenses that wash the world out. Apex keeps the presence and fixes the rest: a slim metal top bar that carries the weight, a second bridge for balance, and tinted lenses that cut the glare without blacking out the view. Five colourways, from a flat Noir to the blue-and-amber Sunset. It's the pair you reach for when the rest of the outfit is plain on purpose.

Oversized square silhouette. Glossy acetate front with a slim metal top bar and a second metal bridge. Metal temples with screwed hinges and moulded nose pads. Unisex.
Five, each pairing a frame with its own lens. Noir — glossy black frame, gold top bar, solid black lens. Smoke — translucent grey frame, silver bar, grey gradient lens. Amber — translucent tan frame, gold bar, warm brown lens. Tortoise — tortoiseshell frame, gold bar, brown gradient lens. Sunset — dark frame, gunmetal bar, blue-to-amber gradient lens.
Tinted lenses with UV protection. Smoke, Tortoise and Sunset are gradients — darker at the top, lighter toward the bottom, so you can still read a menu. Noir and Amber are a solid tint throughout.
One size, built wide. The oversized square shape suits most face shapes and sits comfortably on medium to larger faces. The nose pads and flexible temples let the pair settle without pressure points.

Clean the lenses with the cloth provided — never with a shirt or a paper towel, which will scratch the coating over time. Store the pair in a case and keep it out of prolonged heat, like a closed car in summer.
